What ROC Sign does
Six things a good e-signature engine should do, without leaving your provider platform.
Send any document for signature
Upload or generate a PDF; place signature and initial fields; send. Recipients sign in a browser or on their phone. The signed PDF lands back against the relevant participant, worker or organisation file.
Service Agreements & employment contracts, built in
Participant Service Agreements generated from the schedule are already tied to ROC Sign. Worker employment contracts, likewise. The signed copy lives with the record — no separate downloads-folder trail.
Word document merge-fields, preserved
Upload your own .docx with highlighted merge fields (colour-coded in Word). ROC Sign auto-detects them, fills them from the record, and either flat-fills (native ROC render) or preserves your exact Word layout (pixel-perfect via CloudConvert).
Templates you author, workflows we handle
Save any signed doc as a template. Duplicate, rename, or replace the source .docx. Re-send with one click when a plan changes or an employment agreement is due to renew.
Full audit trail
Every event — sent, viewed, signed, declined — is timestamped and stored. The audit trail attaches to the signed PDF as a separate page, plus a machine-readable log in the record.
Reminders & sender notifications
Automatic reminder emails to signers, notifications back to the sender on completion. Nothing sits in a "I sent it, did they sign it?" limbo.
