One screen. Every expiry. 30, 60, 90 days out.

Every credential, participant plan, training read, restrictive-practice authorisation and signed service agreement in one dashboard, grouped by how urgently it needs attention. Nothing lapses because it was buried in a spreadsheet no one opened this month.

What the dashboard tracks

Five categories of expiry that used to live in five different systems.

Worker credentials & clearances

NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Manual Handling, driver's licence — every credential with an expiry surfaces in the 30/60/90 buckets before it lapses.

Participant plans

NDIS plans approaching their end date show in the 90-day bucket with the plan balance remaining. The coordinator has time to schedule a review, not a scramble.

Training reads

Required training with a recurring re-read date surfaces so a worker doesn't quietly slip out of compliance. Tied back to the audit trail.

Service Agreements

Signed SAs with an end date show in the 60- and 90-day horizons. Re-send through ROC Sign in one click when it's time.

Restrictive-practice authorisations

Authorisations expiring in the next quarter surface here, so a Positive Behaviour Support review is scheduled before an authorised practice becomes an unauthorised one overnight.

Actionable, not just informational

Each row has the action attached — send a reminder email, schedule the review, renew through ROC Sign — so you close the loop in the dashboard, not somewhere else.

In practice

Real scenarios where the dashboard prevents a compliance surprise.

Screening

Worker Screening expiring in 24 days

Surfaces in the 30-day bucket. Coordinator sends the reminder to the worker; renewal starts. The worker never has to be pulled from shifts because their check quietly expired mid-fortnight.

Plan

Participant plan expiring in 72 days

Surfaces in the 90-day bucket with the plan balance. Coordinator books the review meeting with time to prepare — instead of finding out at pay run that the plan ended last week.

Training

Manual handling annual re-read due

All workers with a re-read due in the next 30 days appear as a single group. Send the training assignment in one action; the audit trail records the assignment and the completion.

SA

Service Agreement ending, re-sign needed

The SA surfaces in the 60-day bucket. One click regenerates the SA from the current schedule and sends it through ROC Sign. Signed copy attaches to the participant file.

Why 30/60/90?

The horizons match how NDIS providers actually plan — 30 days is "act this week", 60 days is "schedule this month", 90 days is "on the horizon". One dashboard, three severities of attention.
